Client Follow-Up Systems is operated by Kennedi Madison LLC. This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and payment-related requests are handled for Client Follow-Up Systems products, services, courses, digital resources, AI employee support, AI UGC video services, website support, and maintenance plans.
By purchasing from Client Follow-Up Systems, you agree to this Refund Policy.
1. General Refund Policy
Because many Client Follow-Up Systems products and services include digital access, custom work, AI platform credits, setup time, strategy, service delivery, or instant access to online materials, all sales are generally considered final unless otherwise stated on the specific checkout page, sales page, invoice, or written agreement.
Please review all product and service details carefully before completing your purchase.
2. Digital Products, Courses, and Lounge Access
Digital products, courses, templates, downloads, trainings, and access to Client Follow-Up Systems digital resources are non-refundable once access has been granted or materials have been delivered.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Self-paced courses
- Digital resources
- Templates
- Downloads
- Training materials
- Resource access
- Course bundles
- Educational products
- Recorded content
- Digital support materials
Because digital materials cannot be returned, refunds are not provided after access has been issued.
3. AI Employee Services
AI employee setup and AI support services may include planning, setup time, onboarding, AI tool configuration, workflow preparation, and related service delivery.
Refunds are not provided once work has started, setup has begun, access has been granted, or service delivery has started.

4. AI UGC Video Services
Custom AI UGC-style videos require AI platform credits, creative setup, generation time, editing, review, and delivery.
Because AI video creation uses paid tools, credits, and production time, refunds are not available once work has started, AI generation has begun, or a video has been created.
This includes:
- Website-to-video mini offers
- Custom AI UGC video packs
- Starter video packs
- Growth video packs
- Launch video packs
- Any custom AI-generated video service
If a package includes revisions, the revision terms listed on the sales page or checkout page will apply.
5. Website Support Services
Website support, website creation, website updates, and related services may involve planning, platform setup, content placement, design work, copy updates, page creation, technical adjustments, and other time-based service work.
Refunds are not provided once work has started, access has been requested, project planning has begun, or service delivery has started.
Client Follow-Up Systems is not responsible for delays caused by missing information, missing platform access, incomplete content, third-party platform issues, domain issues, hosting issues, or delayed client responses.
6. Maintenance Plans and Recurring Services
Maintenance plans and recurring services are billed according to the terms listed at checkout, on the invoice, or in the service agreement.
Monthly maintenance payments are generally non-refundable after the billing period begins.
You may cancel future billing according to the cancellation instructions provided at checkout or by contacting Client Follow-Up Systems before the next billing date.
Cancellation stops future billing. It does not automatically create a refund for payments already processed.
7. Payment Plans
If a product or service is purchased through a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all scheduled payments unless a written agreement states otherwise.
Access, service delivery, or support may be paused, restricted, or canceled if payment plan payments fail or become overdue.
Payment plan payments already made are generally non-refundable.
8. Duplicate Payments or Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged twice or there was a billing error, please contact Client Follow-Up Systems as soon as possible.
Valid duplicate charges or verified billing errors will be reviewed and corrected when appropriate.
9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you have a question or concern about a purchase, please contact Client Follow-Up Systems first so we can review the issue.
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us may result in paused services, canceled access, or account restrictions while the matter is reviewed.
10. Service Satisfaction
Client Follow-Up Systems aims to provide thoughtful, practical support and clear service delivery. However, purchasing a product or service does not guarantee a specific business outcome, income result, sales result, customer result, marketing result, website traffic result, or AI output result.
Results may vary based on your business, audience, offer, implementation, third-party tools, and the information you provide.
11. Exceptions
Refund exceptions may be considered at the sole discretion of Kennedi Madison LLC.
Any exception must be provided in writing. A refund exception for one purchase does not guarantee a refund exception for future purchases.
