Project Inquiries
Submitting an inquiry form does not create a client relationship, guarantee project acceptance, reserve production time, or obligate Client Follow-Up Systems LLC to provide services.
After reviewing an inquiry, we may request more information or provide a recommendation, estimated timeline, quote, proposal, invoice, or service agreement.
A project begins only after all required steps have been completed, which may include:
- Approval of the project scope
- Signing a service agreement
- Payment of a deposit or other required amount
- Submission of required materials
- Written confirmation that production may begin
Quotes and Project Agreements
Prices displayed on the website are starting prices only. Final pricing depends on factors such as:
- Video length
- Number and complexity of scenes
- Research requirements
- Script development
- Number of deliverables
- Video orientation and platform formats
- Characters, presenters, or voices
- Custom visual development
- Music and sound design
- Revisions
- Third-party expenses
- Licensing requirements
- Production schedule
The final proposal, quote, invoice, or service agreement will control the specific scope, price, payment schedule, delivery terms, revision limits, licensing, and cancellation conditions for a project.
Payment requirements vary by project size and scope. The final payment schedule will be clearly stated in the client's quote, invoice, proposal, or service agreement before payment is requested.
If these Terms conflict with a signed service agreement, the signed service agreement controls for that project.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide complete, accurate, and timely project information.
Clients are responsible for reviewing and confirming:
- Business and brand names
- Product information
- Prices and offers
- Product or service claims

Product and Advertising Claims
Clients are responsible for ensuring that all product, service, performance, health, financial, customer-experience, and advertising claims are truthful, accurate, lawful, and properly supported.
Client Follow-Up Systems LLC may refuse to include statements that appear false, misleading, unverifiable, unsafe, unlawful, defamatory, or professionally inappropriate.
AI-Assisted Production
Artificial-intelligence tools may be used during research assistance, concept development, scripting, image generation, scene creation, animation, narration, editing, audio enhancement, and other production activities.
AI-generated people, digital presenters, spokespersons, avatars, voices, environments, and scenes may appear in portfolio examples and client projects.
Human creative direction, judgment, selection, editing, review, and quality control remain part of the production process.
More information is available in the AI Content Disclosure.
Testimonials and Spokesperson Content
AI-generated or actor-style presenters must not be falsely represented as real customers, employees, experts, or unpaid consumers.
Testimonial-style content is a creative format. It is not a genuine customer testimonial unless it is based on an authorized, truthful experience from an actual customer.
The client is responsible for approving the proper wording and disclosure for the intended platform and campaign.
Revisions and Approvals
The number and type of revisions included in a project will be stated in the project agreement.
A revision is an adjustment to the approved creative direction. A request that changes the concept, audience, script, format, length, style, platform, or project scope may require a new quote.
Clients are responsible for carefully reviewing drafts and proofs. Approval means that the client has reviewed and accepted the content, including spelling, product details, claims, visual elements, audio, and calls to action.
Changes requested after approval or final delivery may require an additional fee.
Timelines and Client Delays
Production timelines are estimates unless a specific deadline is guaranteed in writing.
Delivery may be affected by:
- Delayed client responses
- Missing materials
- Scope changes
- Revision requests
- Third-party platform outages
- Software or AI-tool availability
- Rendering or processing delays
- Events outside our reasonable control
If a client does not provide required feedback or materials, the project may be paused, rescheduled, or closed according to the project agreement.
